Project Management

Meet with client at sourcing location for selections, (i.e. flooring, countertop, bath, lighting, furniture, window treatments, etc.); optional service to select sourcing samples in advance of client arrival.

Prepare vignettes to help establish the sourcing vision.

Assist with or propose final selections and best discounted pricing.

Coordinate or work with existing contractors; scheduling, on-site deliveries, material installation. Client and contractor liaison.

Arrange final products and placement, add finishing touches and photograph final results.
